Support

Saturday is just Alex and Michelle — two scientists who race, two athletes who built the thing they wished existed. When you email us, one of us reads it. Usually within a business day, sometimes within an hour. Sometimes 72 hours if someone’s racing. We appreciate your patience and understanding more than you know. See you on the next starting line!

Bug reports & feature requests

Found a bug? Got an idea? Don’t sit on it. Email us, or post on the forum so other athletes can chime in. To save a back-and-forth — and get a fix into your hands faster — include:

  • Device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.4 or Pixel 8, Android 15)
  • Saturday version (Settings → About in the app)
  • What you were trying to do
  • What actually happened — screenshot or screen recording is gold

We read every report. Features and fixes ship when they’re ready, not when a board wants a quarterly update — so a real bug can be patched the same day if we can reproduce it.

Integrations (Garmin, COROS, Wahoo & more)

Connect a fitness platform and Saturday turns your real training into sharper fuel and hydration prescriptions. Full transparency on what we read from each platform lives on the Integrations page; the legal detail is in the Activity-Platform Integration Disclosure.

Sign in to manage your connections: saturday.fit/auth/sign-in — the login portal where you connect, review, and disconnect every integration.

Connect a platform

  1. Sign in at saturday.fit/auth/sign-in or open the Saturday app.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations and choose your platform (Garmin, COROS, intervals.icu, Wahoo, Polar, Suunto, TrainingPeaks, or Apple Health).
  3. You’ll be sent to that platform’s own authorization screen, which shows exactly what you’re granting. Approve it, and your recent activities start importing.

Disconnect a platform

Disconnecting is always one tap, and it does two things: it revokes Saturday’s access so no new data comes in, and it triggers deletion of that platform’s imported data within 24 hours.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations, find the platform, and tap Disconnect.
  2. You can also revoke Saturday from the platform’s own connected-apps settings — we treat that exactly like an in-app disconnect.

What each platform shares with Saturday

We read your training history read-only on every platform but two. For intervals.icu and TrainingPeaks you can also let Saturday write your own fueling plan back as a single comment on your own activity — it’s off unless you turn it on, and even then we never change or delete your underlying training data on any platform. A quick guide to what we pull, and whether it helps improve our models:

  • Garmin — completed activities, streams (power, heart rate, pace, GPS, temperature), and wellness (HRV, sleep, resting HR). Used to improve our models only with your explicit consent. Shown as “Powered by Garmin” with your device model.
  • COROS — completed activities, streams, and recovery. Used to improve our models with your consent; COROS guidance is for fitness and performance only, not medical advice. Shown as “Powered by COROS” with your device model.
  • intervals.icu — planned + completed activities, per-second streams, and wellness. Used to improve our models.
  • Apple Health — workouts, heart rate, sleep, and active energy, with your on-device permission. Used to personalize your own prescriptions.
  • Wahoo — completed activities and streams. Shown to you only — not used to train our models. Shown as “Powered by Wahoo.” Wahoo may also use this data for its own purposes under its terms.
  • Polar / Suunto / TrainingPeaks — completed activities (and Polar recovery, Suunto temperature, TrainingPeaks TSS). Shown to you only — not used to train our models.

We do not connect to, import from, or train on Strava or Oura.

Request your data or deletion

  • Disconnect any integration (above) to delete that platform’s data within 24 hours.
  • Delete everything — email support@saturdaymorning.fit or use Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove your identifiable data within 24 hours and disconnect every platform immediately.
  • Export your data — email us and we’ll send a copy of everything we hold. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Washington’s My Health My Data Act.
  • Because we can’t edit an already-trained model, we retrain monthly from data that no longer includes you, so any residual de-identified influence ages out within about 30 days (90 at the most). Our coaching assistant is never trained on your personal data.

Integration troubleshooting

  • “Reconnect needed” or activities stopped syncing — your platform may have expired the connection. Open Settings → Integrations and reconnect; it takes a few seconds and your history backfills.
  • An activity is missing — most platforms sync within minutes, but some only push when you next open their app. Open the source app, then pull-to-refresh in Saturday.
  • Wrong device shown in attribution — the device model comes straight from the activity record. If it looks wrong, the activity was likely recorded or edited on a different device; re-syncing the corrected activity fixes the label.
  • “This platform isn’t available yet” — we roll integrations out gradually. If your app doesn’t offer a platform yet, it’s coming; nothing on the Integrations page is connectable until your app says so.
  • Still stuck? Email support@saturdaymorning.fit with your platform name and what happened — a founder reads it.
