Merch Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Every piece of Saturday merch is printed on demand, just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, the wrong size, or the wrong color, so please check the size guide on each product page before you order. But we think you'll love it.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll make it right. Email support@saturdaymorning.fit with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement. No need to return anything — the photo is all we need.

Need a Different Size or Color?

Because every item is made to order, we can't process exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, simply place a new order. The size guide on each product page is the best way to get the right fit the first time.

Made-to-Order Production

All Saturday merch is printed on demand specifically for you. This means:

• Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.
• Total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days from order placement.
• Cancellations are accepted only before production has begun (typically within 2 hours of placing your order). Email us right away if you need to cancel.

EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, please note that custom and made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items that arrive damaged or defective are always covered: email support@saturdaymorning.fit with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement at no cost to you.
