14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our merch. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How Returns Work

1. Email support@saturdaymorning.fit within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide a mailing address.
3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Once we receive the item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Returned items must be unworn (other than trying on for fit), unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email support@saturdaymorning.fit and we'll work with you. Because our merch is made-to-order, exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email support@saturdaymorning.fit with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to return the defective item. Notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Made-to-Order Production

All Saturday merch is printed on demand specifically for you. This means:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for return.
• Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.
• Total delivery time is usually 5–12 business days from order placement.
• Cancellations are accepted only before production has begun (typically within 2 hours of placing your order).

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.

EU/EEA Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Email support@saturdaymorning.fit within 14 days of delivery to exercise this right. Custom and made-to-order items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive; we will honor returns of unworn items in original condition regardless.

• Items that have been worn (other than for fit), washed, or altered
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Items not in their original condition
